Jo has a 3 year HR Diploma & Training/Development Certificate and over 15 years specialist recruitment experience. Over & above recruitment Jo has 8 years HR / Training experience within corporate industry. Jo is a Certified Biometrics Officer. Jo is involved in all aspects of the business.


Foord Consulting t/a Foord Recruitment was established in January 2004, specializing in the placement of permanent staff across a very broad range of positions, primarily in KwaZulu Natal.

Jo Foord, who is the owner – manager, boasts extensive experience in the recruitment industry, both in an internal Human Resources capacity, as well with one of the largest South African recruitment agencies for eight years.

This experience has equipped her well to understand the need of Human Resources and South African business at large and to be able to effectively match that against prospective employees.
